Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Independent Contractor Sales Representative for the Ohio region.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in healthcare or healthcare sales within Ohio. As a contractor, you will leverage your network to generate leads, set appointments, and close deals, all with the support of our management team during key sales presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Appointment Setting: Proactively engage with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics in Ohio to schedule appointments, with management support during sales presentations.
 - Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through networking, leveraging existing relationships within the Ohio healthcare industry. Management will also share a list every month to boost your efforts.
 - Sales Presentations: Collaborate with management to deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of Goodsides' video production services.
 - Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to manage and track your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent communication with potential clients.
 - Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning Goodsides as the best solution for their video marketing needs.
 
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in healthcare, healthcare sales, or related industries, particularly within Ohio.
 - Network: Strong existing relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, or decision-makers in Ohio.
 - Self-Motivated: Highly driven and able to work independently as a contractor to meet sales targets.
 - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
 - Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and appointments effectively.
 - Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
