Job Description:
We seek a seasoned Voice-Over Artist with a dynamic range, passion for bringing scripts to life, and a deep understanding of industry best practices. As a freelance collaborator, you'll join our creative team, lending your voice to diverse projects across various media formats. This role demands exceptional vocal control, versatility, the ability to interpret direction quickly, and the dedication to self-directed warm-ups and vocal care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compelling voice-overs for diverse projects, demonstrating exceptional range and the ability to adapt your vocal style to suit varied content types (e.g., conversational, authoritative, energetic).
- Collaborate closely with audio engineers, directors, and the broader production team to achieve optimal sound quality, ensure alignment with the project's vision, and provide seamless integration of the voice-over elements.
- Embrace feedback and provide timely revisions, demonstrating a commitment to meeting client expectations and project deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, including excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of demonstrable professional voice-over experience, showcasing a portfolio of diverse projects.
- Equipment & Software: Maintain a personal setup with professional-grade recording equipment, audio editing software, and a quiet, acoustically treated recording environment.
- Contracting & Flexibility: Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor, demonstrating exceptional communication, adaptability to direction, and a dedication to client satisfaction.
- Quality & Awards: A proven track record of creating polished, impactful voice-overs that leave a lasting impression.
